White Fungus, Red Dates, Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Glazed Dates, Dried Figs, Fructus Lycii.

雪耳，南北杏，金丝密枣， 红枣，玉竹片，无花果，枸杞

[ Directions 用法 ]

Add 300g of either chicken or any other meat with 2.5L of water and boil for 1 hour. Serves 4-5 persons. (Rock Sugar can be added instead to prepare as a dessert.)

用300g 鸡或肉类，加5碗水 (约2.5公升)，配合以上用料 煮1小时，即可供 4-5人享用。 (也可加入冰糖享用美味甜品)
