北芪,党参,枸杞,玉竹,熟地,当归,川芎,香料。
[ DIRECTIONS 食用方法 ]
Prepare to boil 1.8 litres (6 bowl) of water. Add 3-4 pcs of garlic and 600g~800g of meat (chicken or pork ribs) with Bak Kut Teh Spices. Simmer for around 30 minutes until the meat is tender. Then serves 4~5 persons.
将1.8公升(6碗)水煮滚,加入配料和3~4粒大蒜头煮约30分钟,再加入肉类,继续用小火煮约30分钟至肉熟透,即可上桌。可供4-5个人食用。
